Each August, you can make a difference for kids and families in the area by participating in the Parade of Cans food drive to benefit The Corner Table...
Parade of Cans is a food drive hosted by The Corner Table Soup Kitchen during the month of August to collect non-perishable items during their busiest feeding season. During the summer months at The Corner Table guests increase and the donation of non-perishable items slow down. Parade of Cans is an opportunity to replenish our stockroom shelves and help us meet the needs of our hungry guests.
Parade Of Cans is open for anyone to participate, but a special competition is held among area churches and businesses to collect the most items. If you would like to enter your church or business into the competition, please complete the online form below. The Church/Business that collects the most items will win the infamous "Canned Trophy" and will be listed on our site and social media pages for one-year! Donations will be measured by weight.
